912 Electrical Problem

Mike - this sounds like a classic Syncromesh problem and as suggested this means - box out and replace the offending ring Of course you may also decide to go for a fuller rebuild but any other probelms will become evident when the box is stripped - you just have to find someone you trust to do the w...

Oil Coolers
I hear what you are saying Nick and obviously it will work However, it must increase the heat by some degree in the Engine bay and that is what we are always trying to avoid in ANY situation - I do not see how it is peculiar to rallying Not only is it detrimental to cooling but any increase in tempe...

356 - Left to Right Conversions
You are correct an `A` is easier /cheaper to convert than a B or C due mainly to the considerably differences in the front boot area
However, if you are going to do it - `Do it properly` - or all you do
is de-value a LHD Car

Leaks
First establish what it is - dont take `my guess` as gospel` Stick your finger in the stuff on the ground - what does it smell of - Oil of Petrol ? If it`s fuel - turn the ignition on (do not start the motor) - the pump will start pumping - trace where the fuel lines run and look for leaks If its oi...
