Hi I would suggest that 195/65 will give you a very different style of tyre that won't suit these cars unless they are modified to fit modern low profile tyres. The tyres will have a very different shape caracass that will not suit cars of this period so well. I would think you want 165R15 or 185/70...

Personally I would fit either Michelin or Pirelli.
