Re: Red Madras Seat Inserts - My 1975 911S Targa

Hopefully it will not be too long now. The stripped shell is finished and is currently being sprayed, so depending on their work scheduling should be in the Canford workshops to be rebuilt in the next next few weeks. All the ancillary parts/running gear etc have been refurbished or replaced, the gea...

Re: Red Madras Seat Inserts - My 1975 911S Targa

Great another one of the same style. There were 3 colours Red Blue and Beige. From my research so far mine is the only uk spec car imported with the factory...

Re: WANTED - Canford engine bay decals

I am sure that Scott and/or Alan at Canford will get stock in in the near futre, after all restoration is their business and they use them. Ask them for a timeframe and place a back order.

Re: rosberg retires?! wtf??..

I suspect there is behind this the "Hamilton factor". Perhaps Mercedes were only prepared to admonish Hamilton for his actions in the last GP and Rosberg wanted harsher action, it didn't come so he exited?? It is no secret there is no love lost between them. Whatever, nobody can take away ...

Re: police close convoy

Did they have their Blue lights on? If so, possibly moving a high risk detainee between locations. If not, probably training, but doubtful, this type of training/activity is usually carried out at quiet times with minimal traffic about to lessen risk to other road users..
