I had KYBs and they were back breakers - awful. Changed to Bilsteins with standard springs last April. Changed the car remarkably - feels like it can corner 10mph quicker, but maintains a compliant ride. Best improvement made to the car bar none, IMHO. Got Bilsteins and springs from Rexbo.

I will concur with Kev on that. I used some standard upholstery adhesive on my roof lining when I first got my car. Parked up somewhere and came back to it hanging off everywhere. I have a 1.8 on original fuel injection. Use the rev range and it is fine. My exhaust is more free flowing than standard so that may help.
