Re: Can anyone recommend a garage to restore an early 911?

Probably like everyone I want to try and get a figure on day 1 that is very close to the actual cost I pay and have no interest in a guesstimate that ends up being 1/2 or 2/3 of the final bill. The car is stripped alr...

Re: Can anyone recommend a garage to restore an early 911?

He was very helpful and gave me rough idea of the cost. They do sound busy and I don't think they could start anything unti...

Re: Can anyone recommend a garage to restore an early 911?
Hi Mike,
I am based in London, but happy to travel around the country for the right specialist.
Should I look to have the complete car done in the same place or would it be better to have the engine and gear box (sportomatic ) worked on elsewhere?
thanks
Hugh

Can anyone recommend a garage to restore an early 911?
Hi all, I have just bought my first classic car a very nice 911T which needs a complete overhaul.
Could anyone point me in the direction of a specialist to do a first rate job and bring it back to its glory?
Many Thanks!
