How about Woolies trim: http://www.woolies-trim.co.uk/c-112-non-stretch.aspx I've used them before for basket weave vinyl and found them very helpful. They will send samples trough the post for you to look at before ordering. What seats have you found? Im currently looking for some new seats for mine.

Nurburgring seats or similar
Im after a set of nurburgring seats or similar, buckets (as long as I fit in them!) or recliners, anything considered. Vinyl, cord or leather. must be good condition and period looking. I would also prefer if they came with the appropiate frames/mechs for fitting to a 69/70 911. Im in no major rush ...

Well, I sent an email to Parts Obsolete, but got no reply. So I called this evening. I spoke to Gary, who told me that he didn't reply because he worked out it wasn't worth his while posting the part. He reluctantly explained that if I really wanted it, I could have it for $25. Pretty unimpressed w...

Re: Fire Risk
It goes wiithout saying that a fire extinguisher is a good idea in any car but I've noticed that the breakers seem to take on a number of early 911's that have suffered from burnt out engine bays. - How much of a problem is this? - Are such engine fires typically limited to a particular induction s...

exhaust studs on a 2.2T
Hello all, Can someone tell me the correct length of the exhaust studs on a 2.2T? The ones I took off were too long -40mm (they were very nearly flush with the end of the barrell nut which made them awkward to undo) Maybe my barrel nuts were not deep enough? The PET guide says 25mm but this seems to...
