im sure i have that bracket on my front suspension. will it make much differecne to driving?
Front ARB made a huge difference even in a lowly 912, (13mm front ARB). Takes quite a lot of body roll and under steer out of the car. For a 69 they fitted a 15mm ARB for the front.

Re: 69 MY Paint, Factory Spec

1969 cars had black engine bays and boot areas. I know that much. Well at least Karmann produced cars. The inner wheel arches were black also. I believe the interior was body colour apart from the usual black bits. Not sure of the underside of the pan as my car didn’t have one and the bits that were...

Re: Brake piston question

The clips with the flat section are original ATE items. The round ones are after market. The round ones are a sod to fit! They roll off as you are trying to fi them pulling the dust cover with it. I find that if you get the ends of the clips in first then hold them in place then work your way around...

Re: Brake piston question

Rubber boot first then the clip. I tend the piston a little proud of the body to give me a bit of wiggle room stretching the boot

Re: Internet supply question please:

Hi Graham You probably wont notice any change unless you have umpteen devices connected to the internet all streaming or uploading/downloading data. The fibre upgrade is all to do with the amount of data we are all pulling from the www. Copper networks have a finite amount of data that can be passed...

Can recommend the village on the curves and Lycian.
It’s where we stay when we go to Le Mans.
Already booked our plot for next year.

Re: 123 distributor

Yes I have fitted them to both a 912 and a 911. Just about the best upgrade I did to my 912. Rock solid idle, the advance has been proven with a timing gun to be spot on. A fit and forget upgrade. Follow the instructions that come with it and set and check the timing, and Robert is your mothers brot...

I have my own teaspoon and willing to travel if that helps! Are you all snaked hipped up yet? If so I hope it all went well...
