Re: 356 Race Car
Where is your first race?
DDK might want to come and support you
This project is extremely inspirational although i think I would only be able to dream about putting my 356 on the track !

Re: North Hollywood Speedometer (and quartz clock)
Thanks for that update So which are better Pallo Alto or Hollywood ? I do not have a clue and I suppose the only way of finding out is feedback and placing orders. I have an electronic tach that is 6V and I want to change to 12V plus I have been hunting for a VDO oil temp guage - do they do that sor...

Mirror looks like the GT version
Looks very tidy - I hope it has a good trip over the ocean and does not hit any icebergs!

Re: Nice engine conversion!
Wow 2.7 flat 6 in a 356
I saw the black one in the US but it would be interesting to see the whole car
I hope that they have upgraded the brakes and suspension as well !
I still think that a high performance 4 cylinder probably still works best for a 356.
Nice pic though

Re: Bring a 356 to the UK
I think it is mainly the lights Headlights - sort direction I think there is also a need to sort the indicators and rear light cluster? Roger Bray or PRS would be able to give you a bit more professional information on that. I hope you enjoy your new arrival 8) Regards Jeremy 1956 T1 356A LHD (US im...

Re: Fitting some sprintstars
The pic of the blue 356 on sprints certainly looks good. I had a thought about using chrome paint ! but maybe I should have a go with them as they are. I had thought that the grey and black would look more 'original' ! Maybe 185 avons on the back and 155s on the front - I think I have grown out of 1...

Re: Fitting some sprintstars
Latest news on the sprintstar saga..... I now have the BBT sprintstars - however I ordered chrome and black but ended up with grey and black as the batch of chrome was not suitable for providing to buyers so BBT have held on to them. This means that I want to find a chrome plater in the UK to chrome...

Re: The SeatBelt Question
Hi Disco Depending on the model of 356 will mean how easy it is to fit rear seatbelts. the later the better? 356A and Pre A have a boxed in section where you would normally fit belts. I planned to fit harnesses but the bottom points are difficult. Possibly best option would be to attach something to...
