Re: CDI box off whilst cranking? Ideas?
Did you re-wire at all ? Sounds like a wrong feed to the CDI. Make sure the feed also goes off when you turn it off too [emoji106]

Looks and sounds great in real life too. Great to see and we’ll worth a trip out in the Targa. Great set of Porsches here, including Paul Howell’s fabulous RSR. I also went to see the green imp in the background. a friend’s turbo car ( imp power) and proper rapid. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20...

Re: What did you do in/on/for your Porsche today?
I bolted the heat exchangers to the car. A bit more work to do… LHS flexible hose, back box and setting up the flapper boxes ( make sure they open and close fully) and I’m good to drop it off the ramps.

It is perhaps worth reversing the sensor wires too. My EDIS system (Ford) is sensitive to polarity.

Cost is fine. Risks understood. One at a time obviously and I’m sure we can self Marshall from the timing hut. Not bothered by day of the week.
I’m looking forward to this [emoji106]
