as I have just bought a new stainless dansk rear box, my original mild steel one is surplus ( standard 2 in and 1 out ) it worked fine when the car last ran, its got a bit of surface rust but nothing serious £10 if anyone is interested as its a bit on the heavy side I'll be at the fairmile this week...

nick is it basicaly its just a metter of enough pressure and they pop into place ?
do you have to lubricate them at all before pushing into place

nick for what its worth I have done mine i found the smaller guages the worst as the rings were just tighter mine were a little chipped and with surface rust so to wet and dry sand they had to come off to do the job properly if you do this its handy to buy an aerosol of air. like you would have for ...
