Convertible pics as requested. It's a 1959 (post split screen) convertible with its original plate and previously modified to have indicators (necessary if you plan to drive it anywhere on main roads!) instead of the original flick-out trafficators http://s372.photobucket.com/albums/oo164/m_temple/M...

Have revised my requirements based on a better understanding of availabilty!! Would now consider LHD 911, and also T version, and even a 912 project. Anyone who knows of one, or where I might look please let me know. Have revised my 'Wanted' posting, but it is now on the second page and will shortly...

T on e-bay

Yes, I've seen it, but I don't like or want the SC bodykit, ducktail, compression bumpers and all. Makes it look like a bitsa.

What would it take to revert it to a standard look 1970 T??

Photos of the TR4A restoration

If I have done it right you should see some of the before, during and after photos - you might even catch a glimpse of the S2a landrover in the background of one. And, yes that is a rabbits nest in the back of the cockpit, so I had to wait until they weaned before I could move the car and make a sta...

Looking for a car to restore and so become a 'proper' member

Have just posted in the WANTED section to see if someone on this forum can point me towards my next (and final?) restoration project. Since retiring 4 years ago I have qualified as welder, been on a panel beaters course and have restored from rust, dust and potentially terminal decay two Morris Trav...

WANTED: pre 72 911 for restoration

I know, I know, doesn't everyone - but if you don't ask etc etc. Having retired (more or less) and cut my teeth restoring 2 Morris Travellers, a 66 S2a Landrover and a 66 TR4A IRS, all from complete wrecks, I feel I'm ready for a real challenge and a proper car. So I'm on the look out for a pre 72 A...
