Re: Make, Repair, Modify ...Just Ask

heres what i'd like Andy. A high intensity brake light. as per other posts there are too many dozy drivers liable to rear end me esp as slate grey blends in too well so far i've thought about mounting an FIA type LED rainlight inside the rear windscreen… it would need some kind of angled mount in bl...

Re: Would you buy a new 911 given.........

My first thought was can I get one. As it looks about the best £/perf new car it's possible to buy. On reflection I suspect a 1yr old Cayman Gts would be 90% as good for much lower cost and actually 120% as good on the road (less compromised) These will be 75-80k optioned so not q as cheap as they l...

Re: Who would you trust with your engine rebuild

Here's my advice: - don't confuse a good website with a good business - beware the project manager who outsources - no-one gets it right 100pc of the time. Many oft mentioned names on here have had court cases and settlements - do your own due diligence and digging - never mistake price and value! -...

Re: Driving to Putney

I never do those Weds dinners as every Weds I have my kids.

And would be good to make a London thing actually in London

What about start in Clapham on one Sunday morning, hoon up to town, through a couple of tunnels, breakfast somewhere central with parking like Clerkenwell, then home again?

if anyone needs a place to stay I will do a DDK rate for my place which is about 20 mins drive away (using the secret back roads route I will give you) and has secure parking for 2 cars and a pub 100 yards away and beach 1/4 mile. 4 bed /2 bath

PM for more info.. I can't go this year :-(
