It's very hard to do a full, bare metal restoration with new trim, suspension, brakes, rebuilt engine and gearbox, for less than £50K on any 911, so work it out. Sounds to me like it wants to be bought for as close to nothing as you can, probably £5k but impossible to say without looking properly.
