Have any of the oil tank breather hoses been replaced recently? The one that goes from the filler neck of the tank to the rear of the inlet bellows should have a cone shaped brass restriction piece inserted in the hose at the oil tank end to prevent what would otherwise be a massive air leak to the ...

Don't forget the 3 breather holes in the RH crankcase chaincase area if you do the boat-tail mods.

You can modify 964 cables to fit if you do it carefully and then you do not have to convert anything else.
