Re: Project 25

IMG_1012.JPG Before I started on engine removal fun and games I wanted to see what would entail fitting my Rennspeed shifter into the car. Re: Project 25

IMG_1010.JPG IMG_1009.JPG I made Classics at the Castle this year without any dramas, unlike last year when I almost lost one of my brake calipers, and apart from a couple of classic car meets that is about it for '22 but it has been a great year for events after all the problems with covid. So it ...

Wow, what a great trip, the Schlumpf Museum is on my bucket list and those Abarths-just fantastic. Can't wait to get over there for the CLM '23 event.

Re: Off to France again, despite the fuel strike..

Superb report and what a great time, would have loved to bring home one of those Renault Daphines, a favorite of mine. I'm hoping to do a couple of European sportive/rallies next year.

Fairmile 21st Sept

Wednesday 21st and we'll all be heading for the Fairmile, hopefully all the precious Porsches that didn't turn up at the last meet because the car park was a bit damp will make it this time.

Re: Classics at the Castle

The subject of paying just to show your car annoys me somewhat as well but it is what we do because we own nice, rare and desirable motor cars and we love to show them off. I do have an excellent alternative which is my local classic car club - 'Sadcase' which is an acronym for Storrington and distr...

Re: Shere Hill Climb Sept 4th

See you there tomorrow, I'm #106 so I don't think I'll catch you - ha ha.
Just a note for anybody coming to spectate - get there early because the car park fields fills up very quickly.
