Obvously I must have both then, as I've only ever done it on a bike !!?? I was referrring to the idiots on bikes that I encountered when I did a few laps in my 914. has anyone had their locks repinned to their key? I sent away my barrels and had them set to one key - but very unhelpfully I can't remember who I sent them to. :? I'll hunt through my old emails tonight and see if I can find who it was - certainly a DDK'er or a member of the UK 914 forum though. R...

I've used POR15 on the chassis of my Vitesse - wonderful stuff. Easy to apply and gives a good satin finish.

I didn't have ali rocker covers on my 914 but did on a type 1 beetle engine. I went to my local hardware store and found some suitable rubber ring thingies in the plumbing section that were just right.

I believe that the ‘MY’ suffix indicates that London was the area of first registration
My 1961 Observers Book of Cars tells me that "MY" is a Middlesex registration.

DVLA has it down as a red car having a 1600cc engine!

First registered in the UK in July 1986 and last tax expired on 1st January 1987!
