damn you Nige! i would have tried harder but at work I can't get on to any picture hosting sites! It's one of these: http://www.bikeintro.com/wp-content/bmw_hp2_sport10.jpg Not quite a classic 911 but German and aircooled, think of it as your 911's younger, less stable, cousin from Bavaria

F1 is dead

Well it looks like the new rules/regs are coming out: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsport/formula_one/7948455.stm apart from the removal of the points system which will completley disincentivise any of the minnow teams even turning up for races (why bother if you get zero points and are never...

Off Topic - Vinyl Lettering

Guys,

I need to get a vinyl sticker made up. Only 1 is needed and all I need is 1 word in germanic/gothic looking text that will be about 4-5inches long and 0.75-1 inches high. Anyone know any good places to try?

Right guys, it's that time of year again, time to ressurect this post! Given the uncertainty around numbers and indeed tenure in my industry I am preparing 2 potential plans of attack on the watch front: The "Happy Days" options: http://www.thehourlounge.com/upload/post/03(13).jpg or http:...

72K? Was this car owned by the Pope or something? I know S prices have gone skyward but surely this guy's smoking crack? Hopefully the current tailspin in world markets will bring classic car prices back to earth and classic 911's can come back into the realms of reality for drivers rather than coll...

Well I realise this might be a long search but I'm willing to wait for the right car, good things come to those who wait!

Any "feelers" you guys can put out would be much appreciated, oh and if at all possible I'd like one in dolphin grey :-)

Thanks guys,I knew I'd get some honest advice! So it looks like th preA is the winner with the A a close second. Now its just a case of finding one... This car is going to be a low mileage summer weekend use only car so its long distance performance isn't a concern. I've radically rethought my car n...
