where do I find an old(ish) 911 in Dubai?

Hi Everbody I maybe moving to Dubai and it seams unlikly that I'll be able to take my "t" with me, shipping costs, no air con (not alot of fun in all that sunshine!) etc. Now a few days troling the interweb and I can find only 997s(and auto/trip only) are for sale, so can anyone help me fi...

Hi Tosh
May have been Highlander often tobe seen out that way, but a lot nearer to Andy Prill's and/or Porsche curves than Tuthills.

All the best
Ian F.

PS. On my last visit Andy had a stunning 2.0 911 in white up on the ramps
may well have been this car on a shack-down!

Ski Rack

Hi All Bit of an odd one this, many years a go (when I was a very young lad and porsches came in "Matchboxs") I had a model 911 made by Polistil (I think) fitted with a bonnet mounted ski rack complite with four skies, it looked so cool (well in a 70s kinda way). Now I've seen a period pri...

Hi All
I hope I don't sound to snooty but a reduced automatic "Speedy" really isn't a "Speedy" at all (to me anyway!), surly it has to be a manual.

Sorry if anyone takes offence, hey its my opinion after all.

Hi All
Yes Tuthills replaced my front wings (Nov 72, so 73 model year and the car was/is an Italian "T"), but its over 18 months ago so they may be long gone, I dealt with Paul (nice chap) so do give him a call.
From memory the lenses where in pretty good nick.
Best of luck

Bodie & Doyle's 911!

Well OK, it was the baddie's car, but dose anyone know anything about or even own the 911 driven in the episode of the Professionals where some ex-con tries to kill Doyle (and who can blame him?) with a (stolen) sniper rifle. The car looks to be a 2.4E in dark blue or maybe roman purple with a steel...
