Group Buys - dooe pockets ?

Don't suppose you've got any reasonably priced door pockets ?
Everyone seems to need some of these ! Especially the hinged ones.

LHD to RHD Targa

Morning - I though you were proposing to buy a LHD car and do the conversion to RHD yourself but then clicked on the link - I don't think you should worry one little bit about this - if this is the car you want, if its in good condition and you can agree a price that suits you and the seller - then ...

restored dash

Hi Steve - Southbound restored the extremely badly cracked and broken dash from my South African import 911T. They did a FANTASTIC job !! The dash was in a very sorry state and required significant repair before being covered. They also managed to retain the opening for the Speaker Grill. Overall - ...

thanks Nick !

Am off to see Mike Halloway of Autovitesse near Chesham tomorrow to diagnose a clunking clutch/drive-shaft problem - hopefully that'll go well and I can get back to driving the little car ! Of course there's plenty more jobs to be done after that.

regards
Sean

New Member in the Chilterns

Hi everyone Almost a year of 911 ownership now and still smiling ! I've got a 1970 RHD 911T imported a few years back from South Africa and bought from a used car dealer in Essex as a Christmas present to myself last year. The dealer seemed to specialise in old Rolls Royce wedding cars !! - so not e...

Clutch Clunk Clunk

Gentlemen - thank you very much for your advice ! On reflection I think the "clunking" is speed related - so that points towards the drive shafts as you suggest - however, it only happens after a few miles of driving - not straight away - so I don't think it is linked to the clutch adjuste...

Clutch Clunk Clunk !

Hi all - looking for some advice please - Shortly after my 1970 911T has warmed up and being driving for a bit, a very ominous & continous "clunk clunk" sound can be heard from the clutch area of the car. This stops when the clutch pedal is depressed and starts again when the clutch pe...

Early 911 Cigarette Lighter & Door Pocket

Hi all - Does anyone have a cigarette ligter that would suit my 1970 911T please ? Probably doesn't even have to work - just to fill the hole in the dash really! Also - I know I'm dreaming but does anyone have a Left Hand Side door pocket (the hinged one) lying around that needs a new home ? Needn't...

LHD Dash Top

Hi Tim - I wondered if you were still looking for a Dash Top ?

I have a LHD Dash Top from an early 911 which is in very good condition - I'm not sure if this is exactly the same as that of a 912 though.

Might it suit your car ?
