Impact bumper cars never feel quite as frisky to drive as pre 73 cars I have driven, despite usually having more power / torque. The power delivery is very different in a 3.2 Carrera vs a 2.4 E / S on MFI and the other big difference must be weight - 1210 kg vs 1075 kg. 135 kg is a fair bit of extr...

Thanks for the replies chaps, but I am now confused. The first one sold for twice as much as the second link, without even being based on a 2.2 but rather a '84 Carrera ... my simple mind would have told me the second to be worth more given it started life as a '70 2.2L ... Sorry if this is a stupi...

Hi Tim - just to be clear - Mark was looking for a "pin" for the engine lid - I think you are looking for the pin for the bonnet. I have one for the engine lid but I do not know if they are the same front and back. If someone can confirm that they are the same - then hopeully I can help. r...
