Re: Anyone remember this?

IIRC there was an edited version of the original article in the Supercar Classics magazine they produced. I think I have that stashed somewhere...but from memory it was a car produced for Keith Jarrett (the pianist: Koln Concert). The details escape me however the opening lines are to do with removi...

Stunning, simply stunning...

Amazing effort for a great group of passionate people.

Interior-wise..... that darker green is very tempting, very. Good consistency across the various materials?
Or be rather bold and go orange.....

Re: Off topic cycling chat for the cyclisti out there..

I'm amazed anyone (even Tinkoff) would want to be associated with anything Bahraini at the moment: that seems a PR bike crash about to happen! W The Bahrainis own a significant part of the McLaren Group which may explain this choice. Also its interesting that its the McLaren Applied Technologies an...

Re: In praise of the AA

The AA do love 'old cars'... the mechanics can often really fix something and get the car going again. Sadly tho the last couple of times they have been defeated.... once the MFI pump was the problem... and then bet of all was the CDI box....he really thought he could sort out the 'simple electrics ...

Re: Regents Park : Tangerine S

Laps please.....lots of them! You're not alone.. theres' a Merc 600 Pullman and associated RR Phantom V (personnel plates 1 number part) that are 'exercised' frequently, chauffeur probably as the driver is meticulously at 30mph and very smooth at the lights. Glad you choose the park this am....and I...

Re: Regents Park : Tangerine S

Fantastic and thank you! Hopefully tomorrow is sunny as well.... might catch another chance to see one of them in the wild again. I’m usually out for a couple of hours in the morning... hamster wheel but great for car watching and just so handy from home!

Re: Off topic cycling chat for the cyclisti out there..

It has been a quite frenetic first few days, mainly due to the inevitable crashes and mechanicals. The 'pecking order' appears to have settled down much in line with pre-race predictions. Not much talk? I agree, and I think it's because Sky have (up to this year's edition) dominated proceedings to ...

Re: Off topic cycling chat for the cyclisti out there..

Froome cleared by the UCI Intriguing - especially after Petacchi and Ulesi had both previously been banned for having less of the same substance (salbutamol) in their systems ! Even more intriguing, the UCI seem to offer no firm evidence as to why they reached this decision ! True.. found this quit...
