My UK delivered E has had the forward date treatment and the dash is now a later version sporting centre vents.

Must be un-cracked!

I have the same issue with my UK delivered 70E Apparently these parts are not available new as a separate piece. Your best bet is to try to source a whole second hand control unit/s unless someone is prepared to separate the bits. There were a couple of these ventilation control units for sale here ...
