The weather was warm and sunny all day, and another record was set with over 680 cars on the Promenade. It was quite a spectacle and most models were represented, including several 356s, but I didn't see a 912 although there was a 912E on display. There are several videos of the event on You Tube. A...

It's a bit of a long-shot I know, but assuming you have the Channel Islands reg number, would the CI equivalent of the DVLA be able to help? When they issued the CI reg number, they would presumably have kept a record of the UK number which it replaced?

The lights on my car are exactly as you describe, although I am unable to confirm the wattage of the bulbs.
