Side-shift gear linkage cover - SORTED!

Does anyone have a spare plastic cover that fits over the gear linkage on the side-shift transmission? Mine got displaced when on the rolling road and spent the next few hours resting on the exhaust system, so has melted and is partly jammed against the linkage. I know Design 911 stocks them at a price, as does Roger Bray at an even worse price, but thought I'd ask my fellow 914ers first.

if it helps i have just bought one from heritage parts. twenty something pounds
