Glovebox wiring.

I hope someone can help me on this.
My glovebox light has a brown and white wire going to the earth side of the bulb, which is shown on the wiring diagram SL 35 as going directly to the switch via a 6 pole plug connector.
After doing a continuity test I found it going to the horn relay instead.
On the wiring diagram it shows the brown and white wire going from the horn relay to the horn on the steering column.
My car is a 1970 RHD 911E. It is the original wiring loom.
The wiring diagram is correct for the year. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Regards Stefan

Been a while since i last did this
Brown with a white tracer is a switched ground. Should come from the glovebox switch. There should be a solid brown that goes to ground. If I remember rightly 12V is black and is live all the time.

When you was testing was the glovebox door open making the switch? If so that would give you all sorts of connections from the brown and white wire
