Double booked and Megaphonics tickets sorted

Thanks all. Looking forward to this

I was first booked unsurprisingly!
If you have a room you are automatically booked for dinner at 2000 and breakfast at 0730 on Sunday ( drive to megaphonincs leaves at 0830)
About a month befor event the hotel will send a dinner menu which we’ll circulate- you’ll need to preselect your meal choices - we’ll collate and return to hotel.
Non residents- we’ll PM you the location and ask you to confirm dinner to get numbers- you’ll then get same menu choices etc. as residents.
Are there any non residents wanting to come for 0730 breakfast before divevout? If so let us know and we’ll book you in and get a price.
We need a volunteer to organise T shirts/polos and stickers now!

Huge thank you to Clive for sorting hotel and meal / Breakfast out, as he has said though is anyone willing to help out with stickers etc if we want them?

6 of the double rooms and 4 of the twin rooms already confirmed as booked.

i have an upgraded suite with double jacuzzi, complimentary minibar and poledancers for organising......................

Problem is they didn't tell you it's me doing the poledanicng
