Removing front pads

I couldn't figure out how to remove the pins. I expected the pins to have locking springs but no. I gave them a tap but they didn't move. Do I screw in? I didn't have much time but looking at the photo now looks like the pins are a bolt?Image

They are a pressure fit. You knock them out from the smallest pin side (on you right of the photo)
When you do, you will find the other end has a collar on it, which when you knock them back in, shrinks around the pin, holding it firmly in place

Drift or flattened off nail does the job equally as well. The spring can ping out too so watch out.
