After a bit of advice from you londoners ..

I'm heading into central london in June in our electric car .. Friday afternoon through until Sunday afternoon. Normally I'd be on the train but this is to move my daughters things from her flat back to Yorkshire .

Am I exempt from ULEZ & conjestion charges ?

Is there free street parking or free car parking I can take advantge of with an electric car ?

I'm planning on charging 1/2 way down the country so shouldnt need to charge in London ( 260 mile range car & trip is 235 miles one way )

I think you have to register the car to be able to enter free, if not they will bill you.

.

As far as street parking is concerned, I think it varies from one borough to another. Residents with electric cars can get reduced prices on residents parking permits & visitors can get reduced rates on 'pay by phone' parking bays in many boroughs.

Wow, do people really call them zero emissions vehicles? They emit more than petrol, only they emit it at a different location to the vehicle.
