Dom key number card and barcode

Hello,
Carl Bauer used to sell repro Dom key number cards but no longer seems to around.
For those of you with original keys and spares, would a 73 have had a stamped number on the card and yellow vin number sticker on the side?
If you can help could you please post some photos along with your model year?
