Battery replacement

I need to replace my battery. Current one is a Halfords one (spec is 425 CCA & 46Ah - dont even know if spec is right for car).
Could anyone advise a good replacement Inc make and model? Wanting to go for something different then Halfords- suggestions??

MK1 MX5 battery fits try TANYA batteries online if you don’t want Halfords battery

Thanks Sean, what engine size/horsepower of MX5 or doesn't it matter?? Just tried on GSF and it has various options for a Mk 1 MX5.

Replaced mine in the last 6 months or so on my '66 912 with the following.
B32 Car Battery 12V Varta Blue Dynamic Sealed Calcium 4 Yr Type 048
Approx £60 delivered.
