It could take you a week to value all that!

Possibly some of the worst property marketing details I've ever seen!

I find this a bit sad really. There is a huge amount of material that could be much better employed in bringing cars back to life. Instead it is simply stacked up. Surely the business practices here over valued the components or they were simply not marketed. Either way, what a waste.

Well these are the best photos of it. I would be surprised if every part is a winner so to speak. This will be an insurance estimate of how much it would cost to replace.
Is every sun kissed Targa top from California in the same shape as one on ebay that has been in a shed? Is a used 914 seat worth X regardless of condition?
Also the other aspect to look into is how profitable this has been, yes he has accumulated alot of stock over time. But why hasn't it been sold before rather than when he is now 70 and needs to retire like someone clearing out a deceased estate?
If he has been just drip selling parts as a one man band then do you gain the same value if you were employing them or collectively buying these as a club and then paying someone to manage it?
If you have 1000 914 club members do they have enough collective scraps to divide it to make it work at 11,500 each?
