914 914-6 911(?) Front Heater Control Air Box & Defroster

Post by markh »

Suitable for all Porsche 914 and 914-6 models from 1971 - 1976 I think and also possibly 911?

Pair of defroster / heater control boxes

Excellent condition inside and out - look to have been removed and stored early in a car's life as they are spotless inside!

No cracks just one snapped lug (see photos) for attaching the defroster vents.

£150 ono offer and happy to post these

Hi. I need the left one ( driver side I believe ) just need to make sure it’s the same as on my 911.

Happy to pay 70 if it’s a fit.

Cheers

The 914 blend valve plastic part is the same as 911 but the metal brackets are not.

That’s good to know. The one on my sc has a broken off arm on one of the flaps ; see pic
Could I remove the flap and use that ? It looks feasible.

Yes, you can disassemble and remove the flap. Be very careful as it is easy to break the flap shaft removing the push on grip washer.
