Well I figured that my 71 Tangerine T was on ‘last’ years calendar and therefore in all fairness was unlikely to be selected, and my other Porsche is now a 996 Gen 1 GT3 and so not eligible! But just in case I can slip one by the judge..

This one of ‘my’ 356 was shot just a few days ago at Classics at the Castle and sadly can’t be an entrant as it’s in the wrong format, but I thought you’d like to know that as a result of Kamikwasi sinking the pound its now sold… back to America from whence it came. Bye bye Tubs, we had a great time together….

Sorry to see it go, Jeremy, but on the bright side: PhD-level man maths re LHD Porsches... surely having a few of them lying around is so much better than pounds sterling in the bank? I shall try that one on my wife at some point...
(Apologies, off topic, back to the lovely photos)

In my continuing attempt to slip a double shot past the judge (glad you enjoyed that Thomas), I’ve found a better picture in which the aircooled 911 is rightly more to the fore. See it as a metaphor for history, and the correct positioning of the dominance of aircooled over kettles if you will… Or just a better picture.

Image

And from a different angle, blocking the attempt by the GT3 to photobomb the party..

Image

And finally a more classic opportunity to feature location in a sort of calendar way.. which admittedly gives the offending kettle a position of equal prominence, but wtf..ImageImage
