RHD Steering and Brake Parts - Chrome Heater Control

Looking to source either a complete RHD pedal box assembly or parts, I need the bars and plates that extend to the left under the tunnel in particular. I also need a fresh air heater control with a chrome surround that is serviceable.
I am looking for an pre 1974 steering column setup with the plastic covers stalks etc. and the short steering rod that links the base of the steering column to the steering rack joint in the smugglers box for a RHD car.
