WTB - longhood project (Prefer 72/73)

Post by HoratioFS »

Looking to buy an early 911 project in the UK... Would prefer RHD and '72 or '73, open to any condition but would prefer rust free & accident free.

Thanks

Take it you have seen this, LHD and 1969 so may not fit your criteria?

Sadly ‘69 isn’t what I’m after, thank you though…

Maybe too good for what you're after, but a solid honest car from what I've seen.

I’ve got a 76 that’s a steel wide body / iroc style with basically a fully rebuilt 2.7 rs engine in it.

It was built as an FIA spec race car so £20k engine build (excluding parts !) and then another £22k in parts bills on top of that. + full respray and no rust.

Previous owner spent c. £100k on getting it to this stage !

It was never raced and is road registered and taxed.

Still needs work though.

May be too late for you.
