Downtime and slow running.....

Apologies if you've had problems accessing the forum over the last 3 days - it seems as though it is a resource issue.
Given the new site is being used heavily and our content is slowly indexing in Google (some 400 odd pages currently and growing by the hour) we are experiencing a lot more traffic
We're going to need a bigger boat!
I will have to upgrade the server and configuration to cope with more simultaneous database hits.
So will plan to do this asap - will mean more developer time and increase monthly costs but so be it!
So if you do experience issues connecting to the forum or slow running be assured I am on the case
