Myself and Phil set off today, good clear run down to Cambridge.. then waze chcuked up warnings of 45min hold ups at dartford, so quick nip across to a fellow DDKers house for a tea whilst we waited for traffic to sort itself out.

Anyway , Finally arrived at tonight’s hotel to went 2 other ddkers , ready for meeting with a few others at the tunnel

Ye same here, kind of sitting here wishing I was going now, but any sort of CLM 22 trip fund is now being spent elsewhere. Hope you all have a good trip and the weather is good.

Looking forward to the adventures.
Went several years ago in scorching heat, Mrs HC said never again...
Without her I would not find Dover, let alone a campsite in France with a few cars.

A 4.5 hour drive down to Cambridge for an overnight stay with Simon, a good feed of home made lasagne and an early night. Just a quick 2.5 dash down to the Tunnel this morning.

I'm not able to go myself this trip so all of you have a great time. Look out for our customer Dan in his lovely silver 72' 911E. Its back on the road following a full engine & gearbox here at GWC. He's do the CLM trip to run it in.

Up at the lock up packing the car, I found a box with a load of old copies of this…

16 years ago! I wonder how many of the cars in that convoy will be there again this year?
