Steve will have been known to many here through PCGB motorsport and track days.

The message posted Wednesday 8th on the Porsche Club Championship page on Facebook reads …

“It is with the deepest regret that we pass on the news that Porsche Club Motorsport's former manager Steve Kevlin passed away this morning. Hugely influential in developing the club's motorsport activities over many years, we all send our thoughts and best wishes to his wife Jules and family at this sad time.”

RIP Steve

Was super supportive of my campaigning the 914, as he had history with the first UK 914/6 when he worked for Porsche Cars. Very sad

Yes, a very sad loss. We didn’t always see eye-to-eye, but he was always polite, listened, and greeted me straight away with a smile the next time we met.
He will be greatly missed in Porsche Club motorsport.

Yes it is a very sad loss of an extremely knowledgeable and principled man. Porsche motorsport will certainly be worse without him.

So sad to hear this. Such a great guy, always had a friendly greeting a a good word - even when I hadn't seen him for a couple of years.

Steve was a great Club Motorsport Manager, Events went like clockwork and were most enjoyable.

A nice guy and a gentleman, he’ll be sorely missed.
