Presume you are looking for that specific model (rather than a similar one)? I have a couple but neither are quite the same as the one in your picture.

I’m told it needs to be about 47cm long and the arm has to fit a 911 jacking point obviously.
Signing off now as about to get on the ferry to Caen & LM…

Keep checking ebay for bilstein beetle jack, early beetle jack, early vw jack etc. and they come up from time to time. There's a note on early911s or pelican parts that 1970 cars had the vw logo on the jack. There's one on ebay right now for the same as what I paid
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/125364836073 but it only has the Bilstein lettering on the base, not on the arm.
Mostly when they're listed as a Porsche item, they have the Porsche tax on, as you can see here:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/234424255976 You can just about make out that one has the vw logo on it, and is listed as a Porsche. In fact I now realise that's the same photo you posted!!
Do you already have the wheel brace with the thin handle end for cranking it?

Hi Rob
Thanks for the helpful advice. I’ve just agreed to buy a correct one (which looks like the Porsche described one on eBay we’ve both looked at but in better visual condition) from Dirk Schafer in reasonable condition for €200 plus shipping.
Is the handle for cranking the jack the same as the Klein 21mm tapered wheel lug nut wrench, like the one in this toolkit?

Yes, I'd say that's the wrench. I've not got one myself, but it's the narrow end that cranks the jack - at least when I looked into it for the 1970 car.

Hi Matt, just revisiting this as I was trying to remember who needed the correct early 1970's jack - turns out it was you - I forgot that you already got it sorted. FWIW or if anybody else needs the same, the guy with the stall opposite the food was selling one at the swap meet. I didn't catch his name.
