£40k.

Granted, it looks quite a rough example with some cracks papered over but blimey - for a Right Hand Drive long hood that drives, that seems really cheap to me. I don't think Collecting Cars have helped it by listing it as both a 911 and a 912, as a 2 litre and a "larger engine", as well as giving no details whatsoever what the "engine upgrades" are.

Don't think the seller helped himself, as he really didn't seem to know too much about the car, especially the "upgraded" engine

What a nice 911 for that money.

Now I've looked at the detail pics...
40k was a good price imho.
Would love to see the lid to rhd in detail.

Using the Hagerty agreed valuation guide, the car is overpriced, but only by 5k

According to that Hagerty guide you can replace a "Fair condition" 2.2 911E for £42k. No reference to LHD or RHD, Targa or Coupe, Auto or manual. I claim a "fair condition" manual coupe RHD 2.2E is at least £70k to replace, and you'd have to do a great deal of searching to find one.
