Straight from a TIPEC email:

Just a few days until Porsche in the Glen 2022 and we would like to reach out to anyone who is either unaware or undecided about attending the upcoming event.

So far, the attendance numbers are looking very strong indeed, so we should all be in for a treat with a real mix of Modern, Classic, Transaxles & Air Cooled Porsche on display in a wonderful setting at Calderglen Country Park. This event is open to all Porsche Owners and all Porsche Clubs.

So if you would like to come and join us for what is sure to be a great day out, the event details are below:

This event is free and no pre booking or tickets are required:

Sunday 22nd May

Porsche in the Glen
Calderglen Country Park

East Kilbride
G75 0QZ
(what3words: fakes.consults.purifier)

Arrive from 10am - all cars to be sited before 12pm (but please be early to avoid disappointment as its going to be busy).

Oh! there are Best In Show prizes, so get polishing!!

I’ll be in Glasgow, albeit without my Porsche, so will try and make it.

As always we had a great day, a couple of light showers but nothing to damping the attendance, over 220 Porsches! There is a vote for the best car and in reverse order.

Third, a brand new Chesil Speedster straight from the Westfield factory.

Second, was Mr Sprout, Margaret's latest addition.

And first was a 911SC with some fancy EFI setup

Other highlights, a 1972S which has a Kremer conversions, body and engine. Same owner for I think 30 years!

A lovely 924 Carrera GT.

And a very nice 964 C4
