Won the '86 Monte by 4 minutes despite hitting a Ford Cortina resulting in a "severely deranged" (Marray Walker) "banana car" (Henri Toivonen)

Welcome back rally fans! Hammer dropped on the S4 at £1.45m against an estimate £1.75m - £2.25m. The S1 Evo 2 quattro with less interesting history made £1.6m and the 037 £925k

there are some serious cars in that auction !! How nice is that skyline

Factory had to drop the colour for the '74 model year Jeremy. The paint was very difficult to apply; just dribbled out of the spray gun...
