Not sure if this has been shared or discussed before, but Dominic from 'The Repair Shop' begins to restore his own 1957 356.

He's a lovely guy, He used to work for Karmann Konnection years ago so has the aircooled DNA in his blood

Only frustrating thing is that you have to wait sooooo long for the next installment!!
