I'd buy this if I didn't have a project on the go.

Great-looking stalled impact bumper project
1970 911T, Signal orange (Restoration thread)
1988 3.2 Carrera backdate, Black
2001 996 Turbo, Lapis blue (am I allowed to put that here?)
I'm looking for a pre-impact bumper 911S or other high-revving 911 to restore - please let me know if you see one.

Garry sold it. New buyer didn't keep it long - even reused the pictures from Garry's workshop.

At commercial labour rates? Or DIY reassembly, assuming that work so far on metal and paint is good?stretch wrote:Trader selling on ebay. .... tells you all you need to know, no money in it.
I've no idea what one of these is worth when finished.

I was tempted by this but not for making a profit. You'd probably get your money back but you'd get a very nice US car for £50k.
Re: Great-looking stalled impact bumper project
I would think it depends a lot on how complete it is. Sourcing loads of parts will add a lot of cost.
