I think the threat to lose the tickets was probably their way of minimising the migration and/or admin they need to do. I spoke to them on the phone about cancelling 2 other tickets I bought and they were really helpful to be fair. Glad you've got it sorted.

Just on the off chance if anyone has booked track passion / parade laps - and for some reason it turns out at any point that they don't want or can't use them any more I'd be very interested as they look to be sold out on the LMC site.

Will be attending with my son who will have just finished his A levels the day before and would really like him to experience it from one seat or the other (driver seat option is semi terrifying as the T should be looking pretty fresh by then)

2022 CLM is coming together at last

Just to note .. DDK package will be for camping, entrance tickets, paddock passes, parking and if required grandstands.

You will need to book your own travel arrangements seperately.

When Ive finalised the details and have final costs in place I will start a booking thread in the members section as in previous years. I just need to sort a few things out and work out how we are going to handle the payments .. I might have to personally deal with them but ideally not. Due to staffing changes at TD we are kind of starting from scratch again so there are some changes over previous years .. but I've already prepped them for CLM 2023 where we will have room to expand / etc etc

So .... At this stage I really need numbers as we are taking a specific sized area just for DDK rather than individual plots ... the size of the first area available does limit us to about 30 cars ( this space allows 2 tents per car ) ( we have already almost filled this area ) .. but we have option on an ajoining strip of land for more cars if need be. Beyond that TD have suggested we can merge into the main camping area although these plots will be subject to availability. Hopefully everyone can be accomodated within Porsche curves. We can NOT accomodate large campers / mobile homes in the DDK area , although small vw t5 sized vans are ok.

Main change for 2022 is we are moving onto the main Travel Destinations site at Porsche Curves proper so we will be right next to the track with the private viewing banking for Porsche Curves 8) . As usual it is a secure gated site with toilets / showers , bar , restaurant etc etc . Within the main site we will have our own area for the cars and tents.

If you're not on the list below, please post on this thread so I can add you.

Bumping this to the top as I'm about to post the booking details over in the members area in the next day or so.

I'm having to pay up front for everything so will be asking for full payments at the time of your booking

At this stage, based on the following list of ddk'ers I'll be taking space in the red zone based on 30 cars.

Below is an idea on pricing ( these have yet to be fixed ) :

The Porsche Curves site has 24 hr security with private showers and toilets and we have the added benefit of using the Travel Destinations on site Bar & Restaurant facilities plus exclusive track viewing at the famous Porsche Curves.

DDK camping incl entrance tickets & paddock passes AND INCLUDES Car parking for Arnage & Mulsanne

1 car , 1 person : £322 pp
1 car , 2 persons ( 2 tents ) : £220 pp

Unfortunately I’ve been unable to get a return ferry from Caen on the 3rd or 4th so sadly I think I’ll have to bow out this year and make an early booking for next year’s special CLM and see you then.
