911 camshaft lobe & Crank Shaft big end journal repair?

Hi
my 1976 2.7 911 unfortunately suffered a blocked oil squirter(s) which has resulted in wear on one camshaft lobe and the big end journal

I haven't had much luck finding anyone able to repair it.

Has anyone got a contact. Ideally I don't want to go to expense of having new camshafts and reground rockers, etc. The engine is already costing me a fortune!

If the big end was reground would it need hardening, if so can it be localised or would complete crank need to be done.
