TRACTOR MODEL HELP, LOOKING TO BUY!

HI Guys,
I see this part of DDK doesn't get used much, so i hope there are some people on here that can help. I am in the market to buy a Porsche tractor, but no very little about them. There is one on ebay in France that caught my attention, its a Standard 2 cylinder version. See picture below.
Out of luck, i managed ro find someone really close to where i live in the Cotswolds that has four Porsche tractors available. Two are in unrestored condition, and two will be restored.
From the unrestored examples i think there was one standard and one super. The standard was £5500 and the super was £4500 as it was smoking a lot and not running right.
The finished restored examples look nice, all thought the paint on the bodywork isn't very good and for me would need to be redone. I think the finished example was a Standard. He is looking for £12000 which in my opinion is too much.
The one mid restoration was a super, but wouldn't give me a price until its finished.
Anyone got any thoughts on the pricing? Or have something to sell?
He also had this very sweet little Lamborghini tractor.
