Don't know about question 1 Winston.
I may be corrected but I don't believe there were any headrests for the speedster seat, but the closest thing
is a 911 R seat that looks similar and has headrests.

Now I'm thinking about one. I'm finding that I'm sliding about too much when cornering. Plus when driving yesterday I couldn't get a comfort position.

I tried looking back through the thread but where there any sensible priced options?

Martin & Walker used to do sensibly priced seats, though it is unclear if they are taking new orders:

The other option is velcro loop seat covers and hooked trousers. The cool factor of rolling up to the Scandi cafes in a 356 may be diminished by the sound of you ripping yourself out of the seat

I spoke with M&W, and they can still do them, they were going to come back to me with a price and lead time but havnt yet. Since then I've had a chat and try out at PRS, and a) learned that Paul has a strong view that the FG and Ali shells are not really strong enough for a road car.......and b) I wasn't sure I felt particularly well 'held' by the very lovely seat I tried in their outlaw Notchback....so I'm still dithering....

Prior to my visit to PRS I had been quite taken by these in black leather, but I fear they are on FG shells, and I have subsequently been steered by Paul to use a steel shell.....once again the project has stalled pending getting both myself and Mrs T an opportunity to sit test some in a car.....W
