Suspension drops on one side 912/911

I’ve got a 912 that was restored by Canford Classics in 2014,and included the fitting of 130bhp 911 brakes together with other 911 upgrades.
It has now done circa 5000 miles since restoration. The drivers side has dropped around 2.5 inches. I’ve had new Bilstein shock fitted which has improved it slightly, but the car is still falling away on the drivers side. Any ideas?

I’d be looking for a broken torsion bar...

Front and/or rear?

Front could be the splines on the torsion bar or housing being badly worn (unlikely) or failure of the torsion bar itself.

Rear sag could be torsion bar failure or worse the inner torsion tube splines that hold the bar may have come loose from their welds and rotated.

At least with it being a recent resto all the bolts should be easy to undo!

Forgot to say it’s sagging front and rear by around 2-3”

Have you jacked the front or rear up from the centerline of the car ? In theory if you jack up the front the Centre, if a rear bar is out of adjustment or snapped the car will lean it’s weight on to,it ... and vice versa for the front suspension if you jacked up the rear

This is how mine looked when the front bar snapped, it was pretty obvious which corner had failed.
