Been pricing up replacements for my knackered konis, and everywhere they seem to be about the £125 each mark. Well I went to Halfords yesterday for something for my lad and on the off chance asked at their Ripspeed desk and hey presto, a pair of koni's with a voucher from the Ripspeed catalogie which they showed me, I got the pair for 190... bargain! Don't normally like Halfords but thats 60 quid saved!

just thought I'd share in case anyone else was buying shocks at the mo.

try www.shox.com

pretty good pricing from kybs to bilstein sports, they are in the US, so you win on the x rate

4 kybs are $149
4 bilsteins are $349

Shipping is about $150

Out of interest what brand do gsf supply?

was in one today picking up bits to service my 914 and asked to buy as set for the 911, and it looks like they are about to be deleted and aren't being restocked.

as it happened i was too late as there were no rear ones left and there was only one front ??????????? one left in the country.

which is a pity as they were bloody good value.

Am beyond angry.

I have been supplied the wrong brake pads.

= lost time, effort, cash, and not particpating in a charity track day tomorrow

This is going to run and run, I am feeling particularly litigious this evening!
